House layout;
On the Ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining area with patio doors leading out onto a South facing patio, where you can find a table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the good weather and those alfresco evenings. The hot tub is great to relax in after a long day on the beach, or to warm up in after an afternoons surfing or body boarding.
We also have a selection of body boards, wet suits and beach toys that our guests are welcome to use.
The kitchen is well equipped, and has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, range cooker with double oven and seven hobs, whilst in the dining area there is a large oak table and chairs wall hung TV, and also a wood burning stove which is great for relaxing around during cold winter nights.
Off the kitchen area is a downstairs lobby perfect for dirty walking boots and wet suits. Leading off from this is a downstairs toilet and wet room.
The comfortable lounge has a widescreen TV, BT Vision and a large L shaped sofa with a second wood burning stove. This is a great area for relaxing in and playing games.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms:
Bedroom One (Crooklets Bay): The spacious bedroom at the front of the house has a king size double bed with a wall hung TV and also has a door into the family bathroom.
Bedroom Two (Pepperpot): The double bedroom at the back of the house has its own en suite shower room. The room has a wall hung TV.
Bedroom Three (Tommy’s Pitt): The middle bedroom has two single beds and a TV.
The family bathroom has a separate shower and bath and can be accessed by a door from the landing or from Crooklets Bay. Both doors can be locked separately for privacy.
